2. Non-Cancellable Services
•    Orders for medicines, diagnostic tests, and medical consultations are processed immediately and cannot be canceled.
•    Once an appointment is booked with a doctor, lab, or healthcare provider, it is non-cancellable.
3. Exceptions
Cancellations will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
•    If a service provider is unable to fulfill the order or appointment.
•    If there is an operational error or technical issue that prevents service fulfillment.
4. Dispute Resolution
