At SCANXO, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered in a timely, safe, and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we manage deliveries for medical products and related services.

Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Delivery is made within 3 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and product availability.

  • In case of remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Days

  • Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.

  • A nominal shipping charge of ₹40 will be applied on orders below ₹499.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be sent to your registered mobile number and email.

  • You can track your order status anytime via the ‘My Orders’ section in the SCANXO app or website.

Delay in Delivery

  • While we aim to deliver on time, delivery may be delayed due to:

    • Natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

    • High demand periods (e.g., health emergencies, sales, or festival seasons).

Packaging and Safety

  • All items are securely packed and sanitized as per medical safety standards.

  • Temperature-sensitive items like medicines are delivered using cold-chain logistics, wherever required.
